This 8 week program will set you on a path towards skipping mastery.
WARNING: Please be mindful of niggles or injuries that may impact your ability to jump and deal with high landing volume. Things to be mindful of include: osteopenia/osteoporosis (low bone density), if this runs in your family and or if you are at risk of having this condition see your GP for a DEXA scan before commencing this program. The double under program will involve an increase in jumping through the lower extremity, so you may need to adjust other training to manage volume. If you have had previous ankle, knee or hip injuries then we recommend you see a GP or physiotherapist to reduce the risk of re-injury. 5 - Single skips with a slow turn and a double jump - done
6 - Single skips and speed steps - done
Each drill and exercise can be done in conjunction with your regular training. To see results, we recommend performing this program once or twice a week.
